President, CEO

Katherine earned her Master’s Degree in Creative Brand Management from the Brand Center, graduating at the top of the inaugural class. She went on to work for The Martin Agency as the fourth member of the newly awarded Walmart team, eventually growing that team to over 300 employees. As Walmart’s lead Account Executive on brand initiatives, Katherine worked directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to solve some of Walmart’s biggest challenges for over four years. Katherine went on to work as an Account Director for Norwegian Cruise Line when they were looking for a partner to help them rebrand and build a new strategic roadmap.

During this time, Katherine also sat on the Board of Directors for Manakin Farms, Inc., helping guide the company through a tough economic slump.

In 2014 Katherine was asked to by the Board to accept a full time position as President of Manakin Farms, in acknowledgement of her strong strategic growth planning abilities. Katherine accepted the position, restructure the company, introduced new business divisions driving profit to historic levels not seen in the company’s 71 year history.

Her passion project was launching Manakin Property Services, a full service property management company, to fill a void in the market. 

Katherine’s latest initiative was to bring the success she found in breaking the standard operating model in property management to asset management, partnering with Palmer Generator Consulting Group to provide a higher level of service and efficiency to the generator service industry. Managed Generator Services is just the latest example of Katherine’s drive to continuously improve the world around her.
